To ensure a smooth shopping experience, B-Living is pleased to accept return requests if you are not satisfied with your goods and wish to return part or all of your order. Return requests can be made by sending an email to orders@b-living.org or by giving us a call on +971 55 2921931 during office hours from 9:00 am and 6:00 pm (UAE time) from Sunday through Thursday.


If you wish to return your order or part of your order, please send your request to B-Living within 10 days of delivery provided:

  • B-Living has been notified of the reason for return.

  • The items are unused, in original condition, with packaging and tags still intact/

  • The products to be returned are not assembled flat-pack items, perishable goods, or toiletries.

  • The items to be returned are the actual goods delivered by B-Living.

B-Living is under no obligation to accept returns and provide refunds for goods or products that do not meet these terms unless they are damaged on delivery or faulty. Please note that in case of excessive returns or exchanges, B-Living reserves the right to refuse future service with any customer.

 

Damages or Defects

Upon receiving your order, you are kindly asked to check your order for any defects or shortages and to notify B-Living within three working days of any problem with your order.

If you find that your order contains products that are damaged or defective, B-Living will be happy to exchange the item(s) or issue a full refund in accordance with our Refund policy, provided that: 

  • Photographs of the damage or defect are received by B-Living via email, or the item is returned to B-Living for examination.

  • B-Living accepts the item(s) was damaged on delivery, is defective, or was not delivered.

Upon approval, B-Living will cover the cost of return for items that were delivered damaged or are found to be defective by sending our delivery agent to arrange pick-up and delivery back to our warehouses and we will issue a full refund that includes any applicable original delivery cost accordingly.

Items may be returned within 10 days following the date of delivery to B-Living returns address:

Please note that returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Items to be returned should be accompanied by the original receipt.

  • Goods and products should be returned in the original packaging.

  • The original purchase amount will be reimbursed as a store credit to your B-Living account as a voucher or credit note.

  • While B-Living does cover additional costs incurred for returns made on damaged or defective items, our policy does not extend to delivery charges incurred for returns made for any other reason. B-Living will accept returns made within ten days of delivery, sent using any shipping company of the customer’s choice, and paid for by the customer. 

  • Refunds are only applicable for damaged or defective items on delivery.

 

Refunds

Upon receiving a return, B-Living will verify that the returned items satisfy the terms and conditions of the Return policy mentioned above.

Unfortunately, if the returned items do not meet B-Living’s stated quality control standards and terms & conditions, B-Living will have no choice but to refuse the return. If this occurs, the customer will be informed to arrange pick-up and delivery of the purchased item from our location within 30 calendar days.

If the returned items satisfy B-Livings’ control standards as per the conditions of our Return and Damages or Defects policy, a full refund including any original delivery charges will be issued to the purchaser through the initial mode of payment (refund to card or cash back). 

Please be advised that card refunds may take your bank or card provider 7-14 business days to process, which varies greatly depending on the issuer. A refund fee of 5% will be deducted from any payments made by card / online payments. B-Living cannot control this procedure nor how long it might take for providers to issue a refund.


Improper Returns

Returned goods that do not meet the conditions of B-Living's Return policy or Damages or Defects policy terms cannot be refunded or exchanged. On such occasions,

  • B-Living will retain the returned product until the customer arranges for its pick up or delivery.

  • If no action is taken by the customer within 30 days, B-Living will take responsibility for the returned goods without any liability to the customer.


 Canceling Orders

If you would like to cancel an order you have made, this is only possible if the item has not been dispatched from our facilities. Just give us a call at +971 552921931 during office hours from 9:00 am and 6:00 pm (UAE time) from Sunday through Thursday, and we will be pleased to assist you. Once your order is on its way to you, we, unfortunately, will not be able to cancel it.
